Programs

All our programs are designed for a minimum 3 days and may expand up to 7 days as per need and scope of the program, but it is minimum 3 days as the duration of the program is supported by research suggesting that this is the minimum time needed for effectiveness for Inheriting and Accepting the Changes in a Individual.

Please note we are not a picnic or tourist destination, participation is subject to terms & conditions. Nature Bound Sahyadri Camp is a deliberately and systematically planned learning environment. Smoking or Chewing Tobacco, pan masala etc. or Consumption of Alcohol or intoxications or any other addictive substances strictly prohibited. We follow "ZERO" tolerance for above violations.

Do not carry items beyond this prescribed list, follow our guidelines and help us to give you a memorable experience. If you have fever, cough or experiencing fatigue or loss of taste for food or other contagious or serious health conditions, we advise you to inform your sponsoring authority and restrain yourself from participation/visiting our camp.

1) What to bring:

1. We advise Loose & Comfortable clothing; 4 set of full body wear + 2 set of night wear (we do-not allow tight clothing / short pants or sleeveless clothing
2. A Sun Cap, Sun Screen, Reusable Water Bottle, Pocket Torch, a book and pen.
3. Your Regular personal Hygiene Kit (Tooth Brush, Paste, Soap for body & cloths, Towel etc.)
4. Sturdy Outdoor Shoes, Pair of Slippers or Sandal, 5 Pair of Socks (we do not allow participation with wearing High heel / Fancy / Plastic or Foam or fragile footwear)
5. Medicines allowed with prescription of Registered Medical Practitioner only.
6. Carry Two single Bed Sheets (preferably Cotton)
7. You are exposed to Rain / Cold / Warm weather conditions as per Season, bring appropriate clothing, which will protect and shields you
8. A sturdy Backpack or Hand bag to pack all the above mentioned items (do not carry Suitcase or Wheeled strollers or Hard Top bags which will be uncomfortable for expeditions) 

2) Do-Not to bring:

Gold Jewellery, Expensive Ornaments, Game Consoles, Electric Gadgets, Camera, Music Players, Sound/Boom Box, Betting/Playing Cards, Perfume/Deodorants, Chewing Gum, Tobacco Products, Pan Masala Products, Intoxicating Items, Alcoholic Drinks, Aerated Drinks, Wafer Chips or Junk Food, Etc.

3) Prohibited Items Strictly Not Allowed:

Personal Adventure Gear, Knife or Sharp Tools, Arms & Ammunition, Combustible or Inflammable items and all those items considered hazardous & safety violation. We confiscate Plastic Carry Bags, Plastic disposable bottles and other plastic disposable Items that pollute the environment and leave traces in our Camp’s natural environment.

Nature Bound Sahyadri Org. follows “LNT” or Leave No Trace pledge and do not tolerate for disturbing or destroying flora, fauna and environment, We evacuate anyone for using foul language, abusive behaviour, disturbing fellow participant, smoking, chewing or consuming Intoxicants, Tobacco or Pan Masala products, Carrying or Consuming Alcohol Products, Contraband or Banned substances by Law. All the violations are breach of Terms & Conditions for which, the participants will be evacuated immediately and round the clock.

We serve wholesome and nutritious tasty pure vegetarian food during breakfast, Lunch, evening brunch & dinner with comfortable no-frills accommodation.

Our core facilitation team consists of trainers, guides & Instructors who are highly experienced and Certified Management Trainers. Camp activities, programs and duration of camping experience varies as per the scope and the need of the Training, Our expert trainers, guides, facilitators & risk managers design a whole horde of exciting experiential learning courses and activities to help participants feel energized and invigorated, these activities vary as per requirement.

Safety is the biggest aspect at Nature Bound Sahyadri Camp and its activities. Participants will be safe and secure at our Camp and will be under constant supervision. We have electrically energized fencing as a deterrent. We operate with stringent Standard Operating Procedures, highest Safety Standards, Updated Equipment data and a constantly evolving Risk Analysis Process, Experienced and Certified Personnel, Use of state-of-the-art, tested and certified equipment along with detailed logs, First-Aider on-site, Emergency evacuation protocol from Camp, Medical Assistance on Call, mandatory review and documentation for future risk analysis.
